My item ":3 Pancake"' 's thumbnail doesn't display the item

My item :3 Pancake - Roblox at some point recently had its thumbnail broken to where it no longer shown the item in the thumbnail

Prior to this, The items thumbnail would display properly with the item being visible
(Photo is from September 1st, 2025)

This only appears to not display in the thumbnail, If you view it in 3D, It shows up fine without any issues.

Expected behavior

Make it so my accessory is visible in the items thumbnail again

Bumping this now that its no longer the weekend & bug reports are being looked into again
