Some of the old Unions did that. You can try copying and pasting it to see if that helps.
If you have it stored in your inventory you can try inserting it again.
The other alternative is to Separate it to see if the Parts, Unions, or Negated Parts show up again. Unions have a ‘history’ inside them that will allow you to Separate them back to their original Parts.
