My onboarding/analytics seem ridiculously bad

This is really long so in short:
Can I please get some feedback about this game: 🌵 Ancient Peaks - Roblox
Especially how to improve retention and first time user experience

I made one post a week ago, but a lot has changed and I think the first weeks are critical for a game, so I’m back…
I know retention and onboarding is looks bad on roblox in general, because most players are kids. But in my case, it says 1 in 5 people leave before even equipping a tool. I will add screenshots of analytics at the bottom. This is how it looks when someone joins for the first time:

Now I just CAN’T believe that 16% of players fail at this stage. The entire screen dimmed except for one flashing hotbar spot.
Then there’s a big line showing player a nearest tree/bush, usually like 20 studs away. Breaking takes 3 clicks. Another 20% of all people fail to click their screen 3 times.

After this a skip button shows up, so the problem can’t be that it’s a lengthy boring tutorial.
Explaining the entire tutorial would be unnecessary, so you can join and check it.
Those are the analytics:
General onboarding funnel:

Tutorial funnel, it shows specifically… the tutorial progress. It’s more detailed:

What could be the reason for those stats, or is it maybe normal for roblox that people leave so fast? I’ve seen RIGHT BEFORE MY EYES as someone joined, equipped a rock and left.
And while I’m talking about analytics, the session time improved (even doubled), but it’s still below 50th percentile benchmark. This also doesn’t seem good? :

And the last thing, the retention seems bad:

I see it’s super long so if you’ve read it all thanks A LOT

gotta improve the visuals:

  • ui looks low effort
  • world also looks low effort/low budget

if its a stylistic choice then fair but doesnt seem like it to me

only thing ill ask, is the game fun and addicting, would you want to play it, do you have any incentives of returning to the game? if you were a player
