My rights manager portal was suspended unfairly I believe this decision was made by an AI

I can briefly summarize the situation like this:

I submitted a copyright takedown request three times through the Rights Manager for a game, and I reached my limit. After that, since I believed my requests were not being properly reviewed, I created another game with the same map and name. I think this was considered fraudulent, and my access to the Rights Manager was restricted.

This situation is very frustrating because I have not been able to submit takedown requests against users who are violating my rights for the past 3–4 months. No matter how much I contact support, they say they will not restore my access, and sometimes they do not respond at all.

I sent a Roblox Support , and this is the response I received:

everything is correct and you shouldnt have abused the vulnerability. You are facing the consequences of your behavior. Also, stop spamming the same ticket over and over again youre just flooding this sub.
