Im trying to log back into my roblox account, but the password cant be changed now, I tried using support but it isnt working.
Please someone help, I have many years of stuff made on this account and I really cant afford to lose it!

Please delete your image and reupload it below, censoring your private info. This will at least prevent anyone else from being able to do stuff to you like that of which I’ve been seeing recently. You know there are people out there that have recently been able to get through to Roblox support with little to no verification needed for them to believe they are who they say they are, please remove it ASAP or you may become more vulnerable to these social engineers that are out there, and may in turn, have less of a chance of getting through to support.
Yeah, that’s one example, there are no doubt many other ways in which people can use your info like that, it’s better off to remove it when you can.

You can see this section corresponds to that image there, the ID and everything on your message, remove that similar sort of part.

yeah I just got it thanks for letting me know, the only thing I can do now is wait, this is scary having the account hacked like this, especially since they took my groups
I understand man, there isn’t really much you can do except for waiting for support to respond, however I believe they have to respond to cases like these that are urgent, because Roblox is responsible for what happens to your private info; if someone has committed identity theft, a crime, then that goes top of the priority for them. Then again, I’m not sure about what’s what, have a backup plan in any case, as Roblox lately have been giving terrible response times to appeals (no offense Roblox). If they don’t respond to your ticket past the point that they are supposed to do so (I believe about a week they claim it would take response times at the most), open up a forum question, asking whether or not it’s a possible bug or not, if people start agreeing enough, open up an official bug report, as it may be that something is wrong with their system right now.

Forgot to add, your issue in itself might be a bug of the site itself, you might want to consider opening a bug report for this, if the behavior remains the same.

I didn’t feel as if I had put enough information so I added some extra details
in the support site I listed all 3 groups that were taken aswell as replying to the support ticket email with photo evidence of me using the account and my ID’s

Why were you banned if I don’t mind asking? Someone abused the system? Roblox recognised you were hacked and “Closed [it] as a compromised account”?
You need to appeal either way, faster than ever man. This isn’t right.
nah they didnt respond to the support ticket yet, the hacker must’ve said some bad things to have the account banned

I’ve gotten a reply this morning from one of the support team members, I replied saying yes I verify, so just waiting for their reply to happen
My roblox groups also had the developers removed from them now sadly, so I really hope roblox can help me asap
