My experience is being repeatedly and incorrectly flagged as Free-Form User Creation / 16+, despite meeting the requirements for All Ages in the Maturity & Compliance Questionnaire. This is not a one-time misflag — it is a recurring cycle:
Game gets flagged 16+ / Free-Form User Creation
I submit an appeal
Appeal is approved and the correct age rating (All Ages) is restored
Some time later, with no changes made to the game, it is automatically re-flagged back to 16+
Once a moderation decision is reviewed and overturned by the Appeals team, the corrected status should persist. The experience should not be automatically re-flagged for the same reason without either new content changes or a new independent review. My experience should remain rated All Ages, consistent with its actual content and with the Appeals team’s own repeated determinations.
Following up on this, the review was completed and the experience was confirmed as available to All Ages, but as of this morning at 10:45 AM, it has been re-flagged and banned again for the same “Free-Form User Creation (Present)” label, with no changes made to the experience in between.
I’ve already submitted a new appeal and it’s currently pending review, but I wanted to flag this directly since it’s now the 5th time this exact cycle has happened with zero content changes between occurrences. Audience Reach is also back to “Pending final review,” so the expansion that had started is stalled again.
Update 26/07/2026: My game is still banned, despite passing the Audience Expansion review last night, the moderators confirmed it qualifies as “All Ages.” I’m confused and frustrated that the appeals team keeps denying my appeal. This makes me question why my game was even moderated in the first place
Update 29/07/2026: On Monday, Roblox Support emailed me saying the suspension on my experience was already removed. However, the game is still unavailable, and I haven’t heard back from them since. Hoping DevRel finishes reviewing the case soon so it’s fully restored.
The game is still suspended, and it has now been 15 days. I’m extremely frustrated with this false ban and the impact it will have on my game once re-instated.
