My skinned mesh will not play its animations in game

Ok so I am VERY new to skinned meshes so I made a little fish (cuz why not) and I animated it an gave it the bones but nope in game it just stands still pls help.

So yeah…idk what to do. I am used to normal animations but a friend of mine suggested to try skinend meshes and now I am here.
