My Team and I Are Unable to Open Team Create

When trying to open up team create for our game, me and my team get stuck on the “Setting up server…” portion of the loading before the studio fails to open and we are presented with the message seen in the screenshot below. We are able to open up team create sessions for our other games, just not this one.

I’ve tried closing Roblox Studio, restarted my computer,. I am not using any sort of VPN and made sure that my internet connection was stable as well.

Expected behavior

If studio were working correctly, me and my team would be able to enter the team create as usual and continue to work on our game.

Few questions if you are still seeing this:

• Could this be a large place? Would it be possible to restore a previous version from create.roblox.com and see if that works?
• Does it happen for game play as well?
• Are you enrolled in a channel?

Hi, yes it is a large place, but it works fine for other developers, and it was working before

No it doesn’t happen in gameplay

Okay so it did fix by reverting, also i reverted, and reverted back to latest and it worked so that fixs it, but please look into it i don’t want it happening again

Places have a size limit - https://create.roblox.com/docs/projects/place-files#size-limit

Once they breach this limit - they may start failing to load up. There are optimizations listed here that you can try https://create.roblox.com/docs/projects/place-files#troubleshoot-place-file-size

It was fine the day before, its fine now after i reverted versions then reverted them back to latest, will keep size limits inmind tho i wasn’t aware.

Sorry for the wait, one of my developers had left the team create open over night. Simply having the developer close the studio allowed the rest of us to open studio without issue.
