TO PREFACE
My account is facially verified
My account’s age group is ABOVE 9-12 and any other pre teen category, meaning it has vc access.
All resets occurred at 5:14 PM EST
I care about this issue because i have friends on this platform that i regularly use this chat feature with, and without it makes chatting a lot harder with them (as most of them lack other social platforms such as discord)
I had 5 trusted friends before this incident, all were reset and I no longer had the option to re-add them as a trusted friend thru ANY method, including QR code, link sending, contact importing, and even including parental automatic upgrading, meaning a parent who has their child added with immediately become trusted friends with them. NONE OF THESE METHODS WORKED, and my account seemed inelligible for the feature as a whole after the incident.
A strange pattern happened for a few minutes after the feature was taken away from me although:
The option to add people as trusted friend was randomly sometimes available, switching on and off very frequently, but the feature would almost never work and adding my alternate account as a trusted friend only worked for exactly 40 minutes before switching off again.
Now at the current moment, if you try to add my account as a trusted friend, the option isnt visible AT ALL, and even sometimes on mobile, refuses to even show dialog (even though the buttons work)
To clarify, only this account (Frostilism) is unable to interact with the trusted friends feature. I can use the feature perfectly fine on an alternative account.
Expected behavior
For my trusted friends to NOT be suddenly reset anymore, and for the option to add these people as a trusted friend to show up for elligible users.
