My real-life name is showing up for some friends, it doesn’t do it when you look me up on the website but i got sent SS of it displaying my real-life name somehow? i checked on alt account and it for some reason is doing it
Not a bug, your friends are trolling you.
Roblox added a feature that allows you to change your friends (“connections”) display name on your client.
Your friends spread misinformation on the internet; they aren’t true friends.
I figured it was something like that but my alt was showing it too, could that just be imported from contacts randomly?

I really dislike how apps automatically change friends’ to their contact name, if that’s how you’ve added them. I rely on their display names to know if they’re comfortable with me saying their name in chat and I’d much rather just see their display name rather than their full legal name
