Are there any errors in the console? Also can you check the explorer to see if the model is in your camera?
Is the model the thing at the bottom left? Also try opening the model in the explorer and find out where the model is.
Can you select a few parts just to see where they are?
Yes, if you turn on the move handle in the top and pan your camera around, you should be able to see the arrows which will help you locate where the model is.

Odd… Can you check the position property of a random item (Like left hand or something)?
