This guide will contain information regarding OUR operations, partnerships, community engagement, and more! Feel free to use our outline to the side to navigate throughout this handbook. We hope that this handbook will be helpful to you with any important information needed regarding MYO.

Advertising is strictly prohibited here at MYO. If you’re caught doing so, you will face consequences.

Trolling is not allowed within all our facilities and Community server.

Being disrespectful towards anyone in our community is prohibited and will result in a punishment. This includes disrespecting other communities, please keep any drama in DMs out of MYO Servers.

Swearing or bypassing is not allowed, and will result in a permanent ban.

Assistant Managers and higher are required to use grammar within our games if they expect to be promoted, but not in our community server. FAILURE TO USE GRAMMAR IN GAMES WILL RESULT IN A WARNING FOLLOWED BY A DEMOTION IF YOU DO NOT OBEY THIS rule.

Political speaking is not allowed. You will be issued a warning at first, then a permanent ban if you continue to speak about the subject.

Shift Manager+ Promotions
Shift Manager is the first HR role at MYO. This is a big responsibility as you are responsible for many things. First of all, you must supervise the restaurant and give punishments to those who break the rules. Your duties at the restaurant include making sure there are no disturbances. If there are, you must ask them to stop and warn them, then kick if they continue followed by a server ban. HRs are also required to be active for at least 60 minutes a week. In order to be promoted to a HR Rank, you must show the following:
- Professionalism
- Respect
- Grammar
- Good knowledge of how the community functions
- To become an HR you must be in the community server unless said otherwise
These are just a few qualities you must have to be noticed as an Assistant Manager. Hinting for a promotion is strictly prohibited, and will lower your chances if you do so. As long as you are working hard and staying active, you may receive a promotion. Please note that this promotion comes with time and effort spent at MYO, so it will not happen right away. Lastly, don’t expect to be promoted, nobody is required to promote you, if you are doing what you are supposed to be doing there should be no problem excelling in our community.**
Promotions
Trainee - You must attend a training session or earn () points to get promoted by serving customers and keeping the kitchen clean.
Beginner Scooper - You are responsible for taking the customer’s order, preparing it, and serving it to them. To be promoted, you must be noticed by an HR+ or earn enough points by serving customers and cleaning the kitchen!
Junior Scooper: You are responsible for taking customers’ orders, preparing them, and serving them. To be promoted, you must be noticed by an HR+ or earn enough points by serving customers and cleaning the kitchen!
Experienced Scooper: You are responsible for taking customers’ orders, preparing them, and serving them. To be promoted, you must be noticed by an HR+ or earn enough points by serving customers and cleaning the kitchen!
Professional Scooper - THIS IS THE LAST LR RANK. You are responsible for taking the customer’s order, preparing it, and serving it. To be promoted, you must be noticed by an HR+ or earn enough points by serving customers and cleaning the kitchen!
Team Leader - You are responsible for making sure the kitchen is being run properly by staff, if needed help out in the kitchen, when you find a troller be sure to get an HR+ for assistance. To be promoted, you must be noticed by an HR+ or earn enough points by serving customers or cleaning spills!
Assistant Supervisor - You are responsible for making sure the kitchen is being run properly by staff, if needed help out in the kitchen, when you find a troller be sure to get an HR+ for assistance. To be promoted, you must be noticed by an HR+ or earn enough points by serving customers or cleaning spills! Not recommended but this rank may supervise the parlor.
Supervisor - You are responsible for making sure the kitchen is being run properly by staff, if needed help out in the kitchen, when you find a troller be sure to get an HR+ for assistance. Assistant Manager - THIS IS THE LAST MR RANK. You still are required to continue to work at the restaurant, preferably by serving customers but you may spectate too. Now, however, you are now eligible to become a MANAGER! if you put in enough effort, you could get recommended by an HR or above!
