I’m also going through the same problem, but Roblox is not only not unterminating me, even though I have shown so much evidence to back up that I’m not the hacker’s alt account, but also I don’t understand why I’ve been trying to get my case reviewed by a human. I even tried contacting 25 different Roblox staff, but they ignored me, except for Hooksmith Roblox Staff. He only redirected me to Roblox support when I needed a human to go over this with me instead of the AI that flagged my account in the first place when I got access back.

I completely understand you. My friend has been attempting to resolve this issue for over a month. They have submitted extensive evidence demonstrating that their account was compromised, including changes to their 2FA, email, and username. Despite numerous requests for assistance, they have been unable to achieve a resolution.
While their initial termination was appropriately addressed, the fact that they were subsequently terminated again for allegedly evading enforcement seems harsh. This is especially concerning given that the account was wrongfully terminated in the first place and later reinstated, only to be terminated again. I fully acknowledge the importance of not using alternative accounts to evade enforcement, however, in this case, no enforcement was evaded since the account had already been reinstated, and the initial wrongful termination persisted for an extended period.

I was finally able to get a reply from roblox but it was disappointing, and they are aware that I was hacked I’ve giving them personal information, even saying info from my ID, because I used it for beta vc. I gave them my full name, my DOB, where I live, my billing email, my language, the networks I use playing roblox, the last 3 games I played BEFORE being hacked, and how much robux was left in my account.

Thank you and to your friend as well. They can try doing what I am. I posted my case on multiple platforms, such as Twitter, Reddit, and TikTok, to gain attention. I tried contacting bigger creators in the space, even going to their Cameos since it’s hard to actually get into contact via DM. I also DM’d 29 Roblox staff on here but was again ignored, and I’m still trying to appeal.
