Naramo Internal Security Team Official Conduct Handbook

NARAMO INTERNAL SECURITY TEAM GUIDEBOOK

Greetings, Wanderer. This is the official handbook for the usage of NIST. We are a faction of Naramo Nuclear Plant.

OUR LORE EXPLAINATION

In the process of repairing Naramo Power Plant, 3ND HICOM were already aware of the West Noobia’s actions to sabotage. They’ve sent small patches of units to ensure the safety however, Further wars and more have been a struggling concern to the security of this city. Which is why they turned to the local law enforcement.
Naramo Facility Security Force was made by █████ R. after the repairs of the Facility. It consists of Naramo’s Local Police Force and Peace Keepers. This force by itself was weak when it was created. However, 3ND has sent supplies and manpower support to strengthen this force. They did this because they would not have to send their medics and heavy weaponary personnel if the facility itself had its own small army.

Rookie [LR]

Rookies unlock the perks of NIST. You can get on duty in uniform, Get NIST Guns from locker, etc.

You have to pass the Basic Tryouts in order to get this role.

Note that your rank can be revoked for various reasons such as but not limited to;

  • Equipment Abuse
  • Permission Abuse
  • Breaking Naramo Rules
  • Harming the Reputation of NIST

PROMOTION SYSTEM

This faction uses a PBPS (Point Based Promotion System).

  • Why Do you use a PBPS while other factions don’t?

In other factions your promotion is never a gurantee. Biases and such can prevent you from advancing even though you do alot. PBPS prevents that as you can get promoted by your own effort and a HR cannot promote you just because they like you or demote you just because they didn’t like your hair. PBPS is meant to protect the players right to process through NIST and keeping ranks balanced and efforting to get.

  • Can you get promoted without PBPS?

Technically, Yes. We sometimes open MR, HR or HICOM Applications when we lack a member form those ranks and cannot find a replacement from 1 rank below. These applications can open any time but they are announced throughout the group when they do.

PARTNER SYSTEM

Once you become an officer, You will be assigned a battle buddy/partner. You are to work together like a team with your battle buddy. The amount of patrols you do with your partner is considered a hidden requirement to pass your rank’s evaluation.

EVENTS

NIST Holds many types of events to satisfy the community and its members. Most of these events have a rank requirement to host however, if permitted by HICOM, they can be hosted without being one.

Naramo Patrols

Naramo Patrols are the most common type of event. In them, Your objective is to defend the facility by following the orders of the Patrol Host or HICOM. These events give 0-4 Marks and extra 2 Marks are given to 2 Exceptional Officers.

Rally Calls

Rally Calls can be started by specific roles of HRs. Rallies mean any member available must come on and join in the target rally as NIST . Rallies usually bring a game after it, and you get Marks for both.

You get 0-4 Marks on the rally gathering. You may get a lower Mark for misbehaving.
And if there is another game involved (eg. Getting sent to a Clan War), You get 0-4 Marks to that too.
The Hoster can decide 3 people as Extraordinary Worker and give them 3 Marks extra, Making it possible to get 11 Marks in a single event.

Backup Deployments

These are mostly called by other divisions and factions. When factions are overwhelmed and they need further reinforcements in a naramo event, They can call us to assist them.

Event Hosting [MR+]

Most of these events can be hosted by MR+ ranks. Host of an event gets 2 Marks. And then they get 0.5 Marks per attendee so an event that had 10 attendees would get them extra 5 Marks.

IN-EVENT TEMP ROLES

There can be times where we have to assign temporary roles, specifically inside events. These roles only last 1-Event and can only be authorized by specific ranks.

Leading Officer

When the host is unable to lead their men, They choose a Leading officer (1 LO for 10 attendee). Leading officers hold same leading authority as Corporals and are allowed to patrol outside.

Juggernaut

Juggernauts are Heavy Personnel, They are equipped with more lethal weapons and more armoring. There can be only 1 Juggernaut in a small and medium scale patrol. There can be 2 on big scale patrols. There cant be any on rallies.

FlagPerson

They are chosen at Rallies, and are responsible to stay at the front of the line, representing their line of men. They are mostly chosen from MR ranks.
