Role Information
Host | The host of a session makes sure things run smoothly, things are run legitimately and fairly.
Management | Help overseer sessions and help out the host; they also pick helpers/trainers/interviewers if needed.
Interviewer | In interviews, give a trivia to the interviewee, reviews their results and decides whether they pass or not.
Trainer | The trainer gives out the information required to pass the training session, they go over general and essential information for the last step of a trainees’ journey.
Helper | A helper has the job of giving a trainee a trivia and a troll test; they test the trainee whether they have learned from the trainer.
Training Guide
Host Information
sm Hello and welcome to Navy training! My name is Dale, your host for the session; please listen closely to the information I am going to give you.
sm [EVERYONE] Before we begin, accounts under the age of 15 days old will be removed from the session.
sm [EVERYONE] At Navy Hotels, you must use grammar at all times, refusal will result in grammar strikes.
sm [EVERYONE] Be respectful and kind to everyone, not doing so will result in a consequence.
sm [EVERYONE] You may not record sessions; if you do, please censor the answers.
sm [EVERYONE] Do not be disruptive and create a distraction to other trainees.
sm [EVERYONE] Using cheat guides/answers from friends will result in investigation and may result in a fail.
sm [STAFF] You must strictly follow the training guide provided, changing it slightly may result in a consequence.
sm [STAFF] Failing a good trainee will result in investigation and may result in a suspension.
sm [STAFF] Passing a bad trainee will result in an investigation and may result in a suspension.
sm [STAFF] When inside the Training Center, please line up on the long line!
sm [STAFF] If a player has had a grammatical error, give them a strike with the :strike command, followed by a reason.
sm [STAFF] If you are supervising (management+), if you believe a strike was incorrectly given, you may use the :clearstrikes command to clear a users strikes.
sm [STAFF] Do not abuse the strikes command, if you do you will be immediately fired and perm banned!
sm [STAFF] You may now go inside!
sm [TRAINEES] When inside the Training Center, please line up on a shorter line; corresponding to the rank you desire!
sm [TRAINEES] Please do not create a distraction when lining up as it will result in an immediate kick if a distraction is made.
sm [TRAINEES] You may now go inside!
pm admins [MANAGEMENT+] Please may you all pick trainers/helpers for all ranks possible.
Assign management to a certain rank to pick for.
pm admins [MANAGEMENT+] We appreciate you assisting today’s session, as it is consequential. If you have to go AFK for a long period of time or leave, please PM a HR with a reason. After you have utterly completed reading this PM, it would be substantial if you didn’t reply to it. Many thanks.

Receptionist Trainer Information
Hello there, my name is [NAME] and I will be your trainer for this session.
As I go over important information, it would be appreciated if you didn’t talk or ask questions.
As a receptionist, your job is to check-in guests, checkout guests and answer questions from guests.
Today we will go over how to check-in guests, checkout guests and warnings.
First of all, checking-in guests and checking-out guests.
To check-in a guest, simply type :checkin [NAME] [NUMBER].
For example: :checkin [NAME] 102.
As you can see, on the board it has checked me into Room 102, and it has given me the card for Room 102.
To checkout a guest, type :checkout [NAME] [NUMBER]
For example: :checkout [NAME] 102.
As you can see, Room 102 is now free for another guest to check-in to!
NOTE: Please be sure to include both the name of the username followed by the room number.
If a guest is waiting in the suite queue, please serve them first as part of their service.
My helpers will now simulate a guest asking for a room.
Any questions/concerns before we begin?
Outstanding! My helper(s) may now begin the trivia!
Let the helpers complete the trivia, once completed, move onto the warnings.
Moving on to warnings, you may give a warning to someone for trolling/caps abuse/spam/being rude.
However, major offenses such as flooding the chat (mass spam) or exploiting receive no warnings and should be immediately reported to a HR and handcuffed.
To warn a player, you use the command :warn [USER] [REASON].
Once a player has reached the maximum warnings (III warnings), they will be automatically kicked if using the :warn command.
My helpers will now simulate the troll test.

After the helpers do the troll test, the trainee will either pass or fail, if they pass, pass them with the :pass command and bring them to the rank line, where they will be ranked.

Security Trainer Information
Hello there, my name is [NAME] and I will be your trainer for this session.
As I go over important information, it would be appreciated if you didn’t talk or ask questions.
As a security member, your job is to make sure the Hotel is running as smoothly as possible with no trolls or exploiters.
If however, you find yourself in this situation, you may warn a user for trolling.
Moving onto warnings, you may give a warning to someone for trolling/caps abuse/spam/being rude.
However, major offenses such as flooding the chat (mass spam) or exploiting receive no warnings and should be immediately reported to a HR and handcuffed.
To warn a player, you use the command :warn [USER] [REASON].

Moving onto abuse, abusing a tool can result in being fired or suspended.
Types of abuse can include warning someone for no reason, abusing handcuffs or abusing the segway.
Handcuff abuse can include:
Demonstrate with the handcuffs with a helper as a victim.
Handcuffing someone for no reason.
Putting the player inside of walls.
Jumping with the player handcuffed.
Spinning with the player handcuffed.
Un-cuff the victim and ask them to return to their place.
Please note that if you see anyone abusing the handcuffs, you must gather evidence and send it straight to a HR!
Segway abuse can include:
Demonstrate with the segway.
Racing with other players/staff.
Knocking into people purposely.
Spinning around with the segway.
Using the segway for no reason.

Security Helper Information

Barista Trainer Information
Pleasantries, my name is [NAME], and I identify as the trainer of this session.
As I go over important information, it would be appreciated if you didn’t talk or ask questions.
We will go over III simulations. First is the greeting check, second is ordering, third is trolling.
Your job as a Barista is to serve food/drinks for our Hotel Guests.
First of all, greetings. Greetings should include your username, and a simple message saying something like ‘How may I help you?’
To sum it up, here is one example of a greeting; Hello! I’m [NAME], how may I help you?
I will now be walking around and seeing if your greetings are good enough to be said to customers. Any questions/concerns before moving on?
Now, you go around checking for any grammatical errors in greetings. Greetings should look similar to… Greetings! My name is [Name], and I will be serving you today! What may I get you?
Congratulations to those who have passed the greetings test!
Next up, ordering.
There will be three orders. My helpers will state these orders, which you will have II minutes to prepare the item.
When they ask for it, you will hand the item to your helper.
To hand items, you simply type the username in the hand GUI you have.
Before my helpers state the III orders, are there any questions?
Alright, off to my helpers!
Helpers will now give the trainees 3 unique orders, after they are completed, continue to the troll section.
Now, trolling.
Trolls will receive III warnings, with a format similar to; WI - [USERNAME] - [REASON].
If there is an exploiter, you would contact a MR+ with proof.
You may contact an MR on the group wall or on the dissycord found on the groups page.
At the end of the simulation, you can simply say -calls MR- and -kicked- to show that you are finished.

Helpers will now go around to begin the simulation. If there aren’t enough helpers, then helpers can do the troll test to two helpers, or the trainer can do it.
After the helpers do the simulation, the trainee will either pass or fail, if they pass, pass them with the :pass command and bring them to the rank line, where they will be ranked.
Barista Helper Information
Hi there! I am [NAME], your helper for today.
Are there any questions/concerns you have before we begin the simulation?
