Hi there! I am the owner of a group called Topic Studios. We are looking for a builder and a scripter that are willing to work with us / me!

About The Job

We are looking for a experienced scripter and builder.

I want to see some progress on the games. In order to be paid the percentage, you have to make some sort of progress. Please have a portfolio ready to send.

Payment

We wil be paying in percentages;
Me - 30%
Builder - 25%
Scripter - 35%
Ads, badges, etc… - 10%

What exactly would you be doing for the development to earn you the 30%?

Helping myself and the other person make a game

By doing what? Building? Scripting? UI? Art?

Overseeing a project does not justify 30%. 10% is more reasonable.

Whatever the specialty is, building, or scripting.

Maybe try lowering your percentage to maybe 15% and divide the rest among the other people/causes you stated.

I recommend you edit your post to include a more specific idea of what everyone else would be doing, starting with a game’s genre and for the scripting job a few major things that will be required, such as knowledge of a service or specific skills, so that they know what they need to do or not.
