Recently it’s been difficult to find good sound effects within Roblox Studio, some of them just aren’t appropiate or don’t fit with what I’m trying to make that I don’t wanna hire a personal Sound Designer. It’s become a struggle to the point I’ve had to steal assets from other games, including from other users.
I need some advice where I could find really good sound libraries for weapons, UI, action, movement, etc.
I think that freesound should be good for finding all kinds of sound effects and music.

What I’ve been using as of late for royalty-free resources (including Music & Sound effects) is Pixabay! You can find a wide variety of options here, so it’s definitely one of my top recommendations 
did you try Sound Effects option in ElevenLabs? they offer a $5 subscription, and you can even use their service for free to create sound effects.
I used it for my game to generate cool sound effects.
