Need feedback and ideas for an old game I'm revamping

I last updated this game in April, and I want to revamp it and try to make a profit. It’s a game in which you outlast other players while playing mini-games based around a palette. I’m looking for ideas for the lobby, ideas for added mini-games, or anything else you think would make the game more enjoyable!
You can test it out with me now here: The Palette - Roblox
three players are required to start

The best lobby advice I can give you, is make sure you can fill the players time in-between rounds.

There is two pretty basic and easy ways of accomplishing this:

1: Give it an adventure element. Games like Death Run thrive at having a large, outdoor lobby that has enough space and areas to explore that users spend their time exploring the lobby, looking for secrets, and enjoying the scenery.

2: Have a smaller more detailed oriented lobby that includes competitive games and/or challenges that can be beaten for points or some sort of in-game currency. If you take the “games” route add interactive games such as spleef where users in the lobby can distract themselves. If you want to go with challenges add some kind of parkour or obby course that if beaten gives the users some type of small reward (ie. 10 points every-time it’s completed) They will be super focused on trying to win points.

These type of lobbies keep users on the game for longer periods of time as even the lobby has some sort of game-play element.

This is great advice. Thank you very much!

I like the visual design of the game!

In the lobby, the rainbow effect around the centre is a bit too large and obstructing in my opinion. It’s a neat effect and I would keep it, but make it a bit more thin.
