I’m trying to create a portfolio as a builder but I am not sure if my building is good enough. Would these models look good on my portfolio? If not, how could I improve on them? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t know the exact style you’re going for, but If this was the suppose, then It looks good.
Details I would add are better framed windows, maybe add next thinner line to make it look better. Add some nice railing for stairs and then maybe you can upgrade the door knob and also add some more geometry and detail to them.
Also, I can recommend you plugin called Archimedes, It is a great tool to make round things, I don’t know how to describe it better, but you will see.
If you’re looking for more cartoon or flatshading style, then with some practise, It could be better.
If you’re looking for higly detailed models, then I highly recommend to start using plugins and advanced tools in roblox studio

These look good and basic props! The last build you made looks quite simplistic you can entirely add some more details to make it more unique. The props look like something you can include within your portfolio, have you considered creating asset pack like the one shown?
I would recommend adding more details to the neighborhood kind of building, perhaps some vents - chimney and other roof additional details. You should also continue improving and creating many types of builds, to showcase in your portfolio otherwise there is still space for improvements that could be made!
A pretty consistent style of build quality, but they seem a little too basic. Maybe change the colors, textures and some minor geometry
