Below is a Mini Cooper R50 I made to practice my modelling skills and test out a style which I would use for my racing game.
You can leave any related feedback, but I mainly want to know whether the style of it fits an NFS-like racing game. Is it detailed enough? Is it too cartoony looking? Tell me how I can improve it, if you can. Do keep in mind I want all meshes to be under the tri limit.
This modeling style is great! Nice job on these models! They are realistic and great recreations of the cars! How long did it take to model all of these cars?
It looks pretty low poly! That being said you could afford a few polygons to make the headlights look a bit higher fidelity. Also if you are using surface appearance it looks like it could use a good normal map and a metalness map to make the glass more glassy and the metal shinier. If you have different parts for the metal parts and windshieldy you could use textureID and materials in conjunction to achieve the desired appearance. Great job on the model by the way!
