I added race events!

Still a WIP tho, there are no bot racers to drive against yet and only sprint works.

Race Events are added now! Circuit Races and Sprint Races fully work!

For testing I tried out the Blacklist #15 Race (Sonny). It also includes the cutscenes for the race start.
