I’m really new to making sound effects and I need help on how to make a sound effect similar to the mp3 on this post, any feedback would be helpful!

why not just copy the sound and do little changing?

guess i could but its from another game so idk its if just outright stealing the sound or not

pretty sure wont if your editing a bit. or a bit more.
