One of my friend’s accounts got hacked and terminated along with all their alts. From all the information i gathered from her, we managed to deduce that the most likely thing that happened is:

-She accessed an sketchy website, which stole and got access to her cookies (including her Roblox log-in info, which was used to bypass 2-step verification.)
-Once the hacker got into her account, they uploaded a ton of NSFW decals on her main account, which got her terminated a day later as of writing this.
I want to know what would be the most useful evidence to try and get her ban appealed, i am aware Roblox’s appeals system is mostly ran on AI and that it may take a long-time to get this anywhere, but any help would be greatly appreciated.
I will not be sharing any images of the ban reason due to wanting to respect their privacy.
(and i’d probably get banned off the forums if i showed the decals.)
ngl my guy your friends chances of getting the account back is slim to none im going through the same thing currently im going on the month 2 of my account being stolen and i have receipts and everything. time for them to cut their losses and just make a new one or just move onto another platform
Regardless, i’d like advice, i am already aware that Roblox’s system sucks enough and that it’s extremely unlikely for them to get the account back. However i think it’s better to find a solution that to give up outright.
