Hello, I needed to know is there any way i can create a build myself like this and do i need any other application other than Roblox studio.

You can do it in Roblox. But this would take a while. SINCER in Roblox you mostly use parts to make stuff. And trying to build that can be done, but could take a while.
I would suggest you use a 3D Modeling System. There are some free 3D Modelling System; such as Blender.
Blender does have a learning curve. But if you learn it; it’s like MAGICC!!!
blender is probably the best free 3d modeling software you could use for roblox as oceandragon25 says. You can possibly even make the entire mesh within blender with texture painting!
