Hello, I’m making a game with an icon that may or may not break roblox tos. I was hoping if I could get some feedback if it’s appropriate to use on the platform.

It’s hard to note whether it would pass moderation or not. What I recommend doing is using VPN and uploading the image on an alternative account to see if it gets moderated or not.
One thing you could do is to further blur out the animal just in case.
You are already aware that it may look like an image depicting animal cruelty. Therefore, there is a high chance that the moderation bot will detect it.
