Hello! I’m trying to think of an idea for a game that would retain players but also be fun to play! I have already tried using the built-in Roblox ai assistant to help me think of ideas but to no avail. I have come to the dev forum to see if any of you guys would have an idea that wouldn’t be too hard to make since I’m pretty new to development.

Just stop thinking, continue with your life. Skip studio for like a week or so, observing things in real life and reading stories inspire a lot about game ideas, build up one on what you find fun doing in real life even if its is just simple or small.
Start with designing small game ideas, experience will tell a lot.
Maybe it could just be a chores or dish-washing simulator where you have to 1v1, 2v2, or 4v4 with other players and get the lowest average time?
I would recommend looking at the discover page and seeing what’s popular right now. You can take inspiration from those games, just don’t directly copy them. If you still can’t come up with game ideas, I would do as @LakshyaK2011 said and take a break.
