I want too know if i should continue this cafe or no? will it be worth my time?

Depends. I see it has some potential, but you’ll need to find different textures and materials the current ones seem to be all over the place and the building looks unfinished find a layout of where the placements will be (using reference images) could help with that. If it’s going to be modern, then I would suggest try using wooden textures with white colors.
It really comes down if your wanting to continue finishing it if so go for it it’ll help to improve your building skills once it’s completed then after that build another one or see what you can do to make it stand out.
I would consider including (proper textures and use of colors) sloping some decorations within the building with exterior object paths and plants, as well as making the build not smaller but try making it larger so players could explore and see the level of details.
This is only part of it, i’ll be adding 3 more rooms.
