Hey there. Before you make your group, be mindful. First off, many of the “cafe” groups are modern and are essential all the same. I’d recommend finding a new theme (fantasy, medieval, futuristic.)
In my opinion, I don’t find it all too beneficial to own a cafe group. As someone who dislikes them, I feel as if you’d be better off using it on something else! Though these are my own personal opinions, not yours. I would also highly recommend removing the “z” requirement.
If you are sticking with the theme of Modern, I’d say to try and base it off of a modern theme. For example, you could do a farm-themed or urban-themed cafe. Maybe one by a bridge. These will give you that spark of creativity.
