They cannot be sued. You accept the user agreement, where everything that happens to you here is provided for. The developer is completely disenfranchised here, you are not even the owner of the game that you published here. Roblox can delete it at any time just on a whim.
Thatâs not true at all lol, lets say I had a very popular game and roblox decided to take it away for a false reason. Legally, I can sue them and I have the rights to do that. That doesnât mean everyone will be on Robloxâs side.
Read the forum. Roblox deletes games every day for far-fetched reasons, and bans accounts every day on a whim. How many courts have been won? You have an extremely detached view of reality.
Because they can use the support as Roblox has stated. But again, if the AI support doesnt help at all some people file a report under DSA if Iâm not wrong to do that.
You know, I donât want to convince you of anything. I wish you will never run into customer support for more serious matters.
I never wish anyone to do aswell.
