Hi there! We are CronxStudio, a small upcoming game development team. We’re looking for builders, programmers, people who can use photoshop, and advertisment.

About The Job

We are looking for people who can photoshop, know their way around GUIs, and have enough money for advertisement.

The build type is your choice. Whatever makes it unique.

Our game needs to be completed by September 30th, and you can work on your own time.

Payment

Depending on the Revenue gained by the game and donors, we will give you from 20%-50% of profits. This price is negociable so don’t think that you won’t make too much.

Most scripters and builders take between 20-50 percent, its risky business, most people don’t even want percent.

Add more info, what is the game about, what makes you think it will get revenue and become popular? etc etc

this is asking for a investor, which is against the devforum rules, apart 1-10% is nothing for most devs try raising to 10-40% scripters usually take 30%
ps: the game you provided wont let me join

ps2: some devs dont ask for percentage and will only work in commisions

A couple of things about this;

Might want to look for separate people with different percentages, and add backup payment in-case the game flops.

You expect others to PAY for your game? {Assuming that you aren’t doing anything or putting any of your money into the game} ( (unless they are interested in getting a percentage of their money back.) basically, you are asking for investors which isn’t allowed)

Super small of payment, if you get 90-99% and you don’t do anything how do you think the other people who worked hard on the game feel?
(Depending on who you are hiring for the job, multiple people is better than 1)
Scripters should get 35-40%
Builders 15-20%
(others I’m not sure about.)

I’m willing to pay a lot more, thats why I put negotiable. I’m fine with doing that, but the co doesn’t want me to. Though I’m still going to if I have to.
