Network ownership of a non-basepart instance?

I was just wondering if it was possible to give a client network ownership of a non-basepart instance, such as a boolvalue?

I was planning on making a tutorial for my game but wanted to give the client ownership of the values so I wouldn’t have to use remotes, just to conserve server memory.

I don’t think so.I suggest you to use remotes instead.
