Network Ownership Radius

Is there a way to set the distance at which physics objects are automatically given network ownership to the player?

I have a tycoon game and it is set to streaming enabled to reduce lag. I did try giving the players default network ownership on the client then I noticed they would freeze if they were streamed out of the client. I’m still trying to understand a lot about how this works. It seems like moving things to the clients makes it a little faster.
