NetworkOwnership on ragdolling npcs

So I have a ragdoll for players and npcs, it’s the same and basically when I use a bodyforce and ragdoll the npc not only does it freeze mid bodyforce because of the network owner changing but it’s set states like “Ragdoll” are printing but not actually visually affecting the dummy, that aside my main issue is if I set network ownership to the server only then the dummies when they get far away from me still switch from my player back to the server as the owner and it is visible.

Thanks if anyone has worked with this issue and knows what to do. I change states for the ragdoll on the client for the player since changing states for the player on the server does nothing for me and can’t do that for npcs so I’m stumped? Also even if the npc doesn’t change from the server ownership as in other tests the physics are laggy like the hanging limbs.
