NetworkOwnership question

TL;DR: Hackers can change something from a part and replicate it to everyone if that part’s NetworkOwnership is the hacker?

I have a pet system script, to prevent the lag with the Server, i must set the NetworkOwnership to the client, but first of all, i would like to know if anything that the hackers have changed to the part will be replicated to the server (if the NetworkOwnership is set for the player/hacker), i’m confused with how NetworkOwnership works, i’ve searched in some posts, and in the developer hub about it, but i didn’t get any answer for this, thanks for reading.

Anyways, when a player is the network owner of a part they simulate the physics to put less weight on the server’s shoulders.

Unfortunately they are going to be able to teleport the part around. But that is about it.
