Everybody has received their hat but me. My username is @60803 and i’ve found out through a discord bot that this was actually awarded to the User ID 60803 instead of the actual roblox username @60803. If there is any struggle when handing out hats to number-users this must be patched as I am pretty sure I’m not the only person who is going to deal with this issue.
Well my username is not only numbers but I also still didnt receive it, even tho I attended the lives and have done the surveys.. I have no idea what to do
What about me? I suffered from the same issue but in my case my username starts with a 0, because of my username no specific user ID received the item and my item isn’t rewarded to me
Tysm! Yes I’ve received it. Would appreciate if we could have this patched for other people with usernames like mine as they’ll have the item sent to the User ID of whatever their username is and not their actual account. Including my friend 0707070707 who seems to be through the same issue.
If you don’t have that hat yet, don’t worry, the hat should be given to everyone who participated. You might just have to wait a bit. There are a lot of people who participated. I haven’t got the hat yet.

so yeah can some help me pls i have also received an email just like @21stnv’s for attending Inspire 2025, meaning that i should get the hat

Don’t worry the email is active, I asked something a few days ago and they answered me, but maybe it’s because so many people are sending them emails and they’re saturated. I emailed them too because i haven’t recieved the hat too.
Just we need to be patient, we have to understand that they must have a lot of people sending emails with the same issue.
Update for you guys, I have written an email to them, after 3 days they answered and now as of September 2 I have received my inventor hat. Just show them proof of your partecipation and be patient. Thank you!
