New bundle supports classic faces

The new bundle “Infernal Deathwalker” supports classic faces on its head for some odd reason.

also the head in the 2D view has white squares which is odd as well.

Expected behavior

Should be fixed without supporting classic faces on the head for R15.

Issue is still on going at this time, just curious when they will patch a fix onto said item so it won’t support classic faces anymore. As this bundle has been out for nearly a week now this should be a priority for 29k robux.

I can confirm that the issue with the classic faces glitching on is no longer an issue, however still not sure what the white squares are on the eyes of the package are, if it’s intentional then alright, if not that could also use a fixing to whatever it is in general.

Also while on the topic of the deathwalker can it be taken off sale as the event has concluded, it’d be easier just to request it to be taken off here instead of making a new ticket, but if a new one has to be made then that’s alright as well. link - Infernal Deathwalker

I see it. That is an odd bug. We’ll need to dig further into that.

OK. No idea why it made those two white faces, but we forced the 3D thumbnail to regenerate, and it fixed the issue. Please let us know if you see otherwise.

As for taking it off sale, we’re checking with marketing to see what the deal is, so stay tuned.

Issue with this has been solved thank you, I wonder what made it do such a thing oddly enough.

Sounds good, should I keep this ticket remaining unsolved till then or allow the other ticket to solve this issue with the problem.

It’s not really a bug per se at this point. I already alerted the folks who’ll decide if it stays on or becomes off sale, so it’s really in their hands now. I think we can mark is as solved, and just wait and see what they do.
