Hello everyone, I recently noticed that the DevForum went through a major change that caused a lot of discussion when an important category was downgraded. Things have calmed down since then, but it made me think about something similar. Wouldn’t it be helpful if there was a dedicated category for users to discuss issues like false warnings, terminations, or bans?
Many DevForum members who get terminated still have access to report their situation here, but when they go through Roblox Support tickets, the chances of getting a fair resolution seem low unless they have special connections. That feels unfair and discouraging.
Recently, there’s been a rise in reports of unfair punishments, many seemingly caused by AI moderation errors. It’s concerning that AI systems have the power to permanently terminate accounts without human review or proper appeal options.
Over the years, Roblox Support responses have become much more automated. Compared to messages from five years ago, today’s replies often feel generic, like a bot responding rather than a real person. As a result, misunderstandings happen, and legitimate problems often go unresolved.
It’s concerning that no proper system exists to help users who’ve been falsely accused or banned due to AI mistakes. That’s why I’m suggesting the creation of a new DevForum category, a space where users can report or discuss issues that fall outside of automated Roblox Support, and where problems can be looked at manually and fairly.
