Just wondering what this value does? Probably just some check for studio but probably nice to know.
DeveloperDocs isn’t telling me what it does.

Apparently its a new property added to Instances
99% sure that update came within the last few hours since I had to update studio just now when going to see it and there is no release notes about it.
Judging by its name and the fact its non-scriptable its probably just a studio thing.

Was wondering what it was, too. It’ll probably be hidden soon if we aren’t supposed to see it.
