After the dynamic head update has rolled out, the positioning of multiple accessories is no longer working as intended due to a new offset with the modified head shape. The shape of the woman’s head has also been changed is causing problems with makeup accessories that exist on the platform curated to that body.
This has led to several accessories in the catalogue breaking and no longer being functional. I’ve attached some examples below.
