So i just played your game and here are a few things

  1. The game feels unfinished/unpolished. The visuals are kind of dark and glitchy (on mobile) and there was just a random rig standing there. Im assuming you were using it to determine scale, but its still there.

  2. Some of the houses had very little detail, along with a lot of the rest of the game. I feel like some aspects were very bland and woulc likely turn off average young players.

  3. Make sure you fill out the content maturity rating because if you dont, young players wont be able to play it and they might be more likely to play a game like this

Finally, this is a working game. It has the aspects of most ‘steal the’ games, and i didnt notice any bugs. Anyways, good luck with the game :slight_smile:

What’s the twist?

ima be honest with you idk, well its kinda different from other 'steal a ’ games ig since theres location buttons and different tools ( only like 2 tho ). but i just said twist to get more attention tbh…

ok i fixed a few things well 1. the rig 2. the lighting being dark 3. some ui not scaled ( im not the best at scaling ui so sorry if its not the best and also added a animation when you gain and loose cash

Ok, i js played it again, so i think it does look a bit better but theres still room for improvement on somethings.

  1. The grass on the ground looks kind of out of place. The rest of the game is mostly studs and the grass is randomly smooth. Its not horrible looking, so thats really your choice.

  2. There doesnt seem to be datasaving for your houses. I had a lovely cardboard house (lol) earlier and now its gone. Although my money DID save so thats a start.

  3. The thumbnail of the game still seems to be misformatted, not a huge thing but still fixable.

The datasaves still dont seem to be working. After i rejoin my inventory, my houses, reset. But my money still saves.

The only other improvements i can think of right now are making the ui a bit better, when you open the shop, the ui clips off the screen and you cant see the price. ALSO, you can spam purchase tools if you have enough money and they all get locked into your inventory. For example, i bought the bat a bunch and then i couldnt get rid of them if i wanted a different tool

For the thumbnail you should just be able to change the picture size. I believe its supposed to be 314 x 314, but you can probably just google it. I reccommend using a free photo editor since it will let you resize stuff, if you arent already

I’m not sure what these “location buttons” and tools do, but honestly I’d rather opt out and just make a steal a brainrot game or whatever else is popular with the kids. I wouldn’t be surprised if anyone played this game cuz of the genre,

but a kid would prolly pick whatever “steal a brainrot” game existed over this one if we’re only going by game icon’s because they recognize tung tung tung sahur more over a house, but I’m not sure about the psychological aspect on that

if u do want to continue with the “location buttons” and tools, advertise it more in your metadata. Everything in your thumbnail and description indicate that this is just another “Steal a ____!” game. Nothing about it explicitly mentions the twist that you’ve been focused on.
