Not sure if this new “Chat” button is a replacement for the old party system but I have one suggestion for it.
Rather then organizing the list of possible candidates to chat with by how they are on my friends list, go by whos online and who is not, I’m not a fan of having to look through 60 offline friends to find 1 online friend.

Only two reasons I can think of so you don’t get notifications for when someone tries to contact you or to not have it show up on the page for a little bit more to be visible (it is not much of an issue on IE, but can be on Edge, Chrome, or any browser that is more zoomed in).

Because why I may or may not want to turn it off for doesn’t represent every possible reason. ROBLOX had enough reason to allow users to disable it, and that should be reason enough. If you want my personal input on it though, I don’t want people talking to me real-time on the ROBLOX site. Always being available sucks away time to do what you want/need to do, and I would rather someone send me a PM that I can respond to at my leisure than have to pause whatever I’m doing to carry out a conversation with them.
