The message I’ve attached below was sent out to millions of players a little over a week ago. Many players who fulfilled the requirements of this quest (including me) never received Moonwisp, even if they didn’t press Reject or Dismiss.
I did some digging online, and it seems you’re supposed to receive update notifications about Moonwisp. Me, as well as anyone else I’ve been able to find whose had this quest bug out on them, never received these notifications.

I have definitely played for more than 5+ minutes on 3+ days since receiving the notification and have not received the Moonwisp or ‘Almost There!’ notification either.
