Thanks for letting me know. It’s unfortunate to hear there’s no plan for robux models, however I’m glad to hear that you guys are working on brining paid models to more regions. I’ve got a lot of messages regarding one of my models which is paid, and it’s a bit disappointing to see people unable to get the model due to regional restrictions. Hoping to hear some news on the other regions soon!

Hi, following the request to share which step is blocking us:
I’m an approved seller (since Feb 2025). ID Verification, 2-Step Verification and Account Status are all green on my Priced Assets page, and my Safety Dashboard shows “All good.”
Since the Aug 26 update, Pricing is disabled on all my Models and my payouts are frozen. Publishing still works. The requirements API shows:
pricing: restrictions [“ModerationHistory”], isAllowed: false
sellerOnboarding: restrictions [“Invalid”], isAllowed: false
The UI gives no explanation, and Support has only sent generic Asset Privacy / Studio troubleshooting steps across several replies.
Could someone clarify:
- What does the ModerationHistory restriction refer to when the Safety Dashboard is clean?
- How long does it last, and is there a way to appeal it?
