New Roblox-Created Accessories Only Visible on New Accounts Through Mobile

Issue Description

A wide range of new Roblox-created Layered Clothing (LC) items and accessories have been released recently. However, they are inaccessible to most existing users, particularly those with older accounts. These items do not appear in searches, categories, or recommendations on the Marketplace.

Strangely, these assets are only visible when using a newly created Roblox account on a mobile device. Even with a new account, they still do not appear when browsing the Marketplace on desktop or web. This inconsistency creates a fragmented experience where certain items are effectively hidden from long-time users or those primarily using desktop, severely limiting access to the newest avatar styles and Layered Clothing released by Roblox itself.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Log in to an older Roblox account on desktop.
  2. Attempt to search or browse for any of the items listed below.
  3. Observe that none of the items appear in the catalog.
  4. Log out and create a new Roblox account.
  5. Log into that new account on the mobile app.
  6. Search for or browse for the same items — they now appear and are purchasable.

Expected behavior

All Roblox-created items should be visible and accessible to all users, regardless of their account age, the platform they are using (whether desktop or mobile), or whether they are browsing with a new or existing account. It is essential that catalog content—especially official items published by Roblox—is made equally available across all user experiences. These items should not be restricted to mobile-only visibility, nor should users be forced to create new accounts or use specific devices just to access or purchase them.
