You can disable it in Beta Featuers. I believe you are referring to the “New Studio Controls” (should find something related to Camera?)

Aside from the mouse disappearing and the new camera mode they added, I can’t tell any differences of the new beta and the current system.
Also I suggest you don’t disable it and instead spend time getting used to the change since this is a feature which will release, and if you don’t like how it is now, suggest actual ways to improve it so it can be usable when it actually releases.
The tldr is that it’s pretty much identical (you’re just crazy) and it will be something that’s forced eventually so just get used to it.
