Very cool! The only issue right now is that I don’t believe UGC supports effects yet. Correct me if I’m wrong.

That looks super clean! I like the effect that you added! Keep up the great work! 
Its looking pretty good, but as @Billybobissupercool said, I don’t think they have effects yet, but if they do not, what you can do is add lightning or whatever effect that you want so it looks like its active when its really just there for show, Also try to add more texture to the bottom of the staff because to me its looking kind of bland. But if UGC items do not have effects just add what ever effect you want so it seems a little bit cooler. Keep up the great work.

This concept of UGC is really awesome! I hope you continue make cool concepts like this.
Neat design! I like how the staff splits into two prongs, which helps create a recognizable silhouette.
