This is the first time I’ve seen the ‘Unparented Instances’ tab within the dev console. Upon clicking it I get the error below.

Memory: 32 GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti
Beta Features: PathfindingUseImprovedSearch is enabled (idk if that’s beta)

Thank you for the report.
We were able to reproduce this issue and will be working to fix it.
As a workaround, try not clicking that button.

A fix for the issue has been released.
You should be able to use the new tab.
