Changing permissions on roles as non-owner has only been a thing for Creator Hub roles, not for Community roles. This will change in the near future, we’re unifying both role systems soon.

Announcement Analytics are now live, so you can see how your Community Announcements perform - reach, engagement, and notification click-through, all inside your Roblox Community.
What’s new
- Track Reach, Engagement, and Notification click-through rate for your Announcements over any date range.
- Compare up to 3 Announcements side by side in a new comparison chart to see which posts performed best.
Where to find it
- Go to Community > Configure Community > Analytics for the snapshot.
- In Creator Hub, go to your group page > Analytics > Communities tab for the deep-dive charts and comparison chart.

I filed a bug report about not being able to add polls to announcements, because this issue is still occurring.
