New update prompt is dark theme on light theme

I cannot read light on dark text and the contrast on “View release notes” especially is unreadable to me. I use light theme as an accessibility feature because I cannot read dark themes.

Worse, this prompt no longer seems to be possible to ignore when it used to be.
