NIVE HR+ Handbook (OUTDATED)

Please note these rules are no longer being maintained - if this document is still in use, make sure to double check with Executives if needed

Below are some rules you should keep in mind that relate to your HR duties.
If you break these rules you may be punished depending on severity.

Hosting

  • Trainers are required to host 3 times a week. Failure to do so may lead to removal from your rank.

  • Trainings should ideally be 20 mins to an hour.

  • When hosting, make sure to conduct yourself professionally and use correct grammar etc,

  • Enforce trainee discipline.

  • Have a variety of activities, but make sure most of these are vehicle-based.

Developing

  • Developers should not be using free models or scripts, as stated by the Nova Chairman.

  • Please make sure any plugins you use are reputable - dodgy plugins can lead to malicious scripts etc. being inserted.

  • When working on the game itself, do not publish the update to ROBLOX unless you are told to do so by Delfineko.

  • Developers are not immune to scrutiny. Make sure you listen to Executives. This includes asking them for any tasks to be doing.

Use of Admin
Admin perms are primarily granted in order to facilitate hosting and moderation of the NIVE Training Field. There is some leeway with use of admin outside of these situations, but it should not be abused. These rules are exactly the same imposed on NS HRs and NOU members.

  • Do not abuse on public servers. Abuse can be defined as any use of admin that affects multiple people, including against their will, and especially if it alters the game experience beyond what is considered normal.

  • Use of scripts and other such abuse is authorised on private servers. Ideally, this should be on a separate server and not just on a locked main server. This refers to scripts via Kronos - exploiting remains forbidden.

  • Do not give trainees gears unless they are harmless. Boomboxes may be given but the trainee should be supervised.

  • Avoid using mod when observing a training unless you are discreet.
